A fantastic way to make a video from a presentation is to use a free screencasting application called Screencastomatic. You can talk into it as you record the movie file. The following tutorial shows how to create a lecture video but the same principle applies for creating a story video. One thing to note is that with the free version you cannot exceed 15 minutes for the length of the video.
Once made, the screencasting video can be added to YouTube.
